About Me
My name is Dante Mannello, I am a mechanical engineer who enjoys design-focused work and the challenge of taking projects from early R&D through validation and into real, deployable products. I’m particularly motivated by solving complex, system-level problems where thoughtful engineering, iteration, and cross-functional collaboration can lead to durable, long-term solutions.

My experience includes mechanical design, system integration, validation, and low- to medium-volume production across automotive and customer-facing applications. I am also highly comfortable in the prototyping phase of development, with hands-on experience across multiple 3D printing methods and a strong understanding of the tradeoffs, advantages, and limitations of each. In addition to hands-on engineering, I enjoy the project ownership and project management side of development—coordinating across teams, managing constraints, and building strong working relationships throughout a project’s lifecycle.

In my next role, I’m looking to continue growing as an engineer in a design-oriented environment while taking on increased responsibility, including mentoring or leading junior engineers. Outside of work, I enjoy baseball, spending time outdoors, cooking, and traveling to learn from different cultural perspectives.
